Bitcoin First 2024 is an invite-only conference for Bitcoin enthusiasts. Join us on October 18th, 2024, in Santa Monica, California, for a fully catered day of networking and expert discussions. All proceeds will be donated to support Bitcoin Core development via brink.dev.

Bitcoin First is not your typical conference: there are no sponsors, no sales pitches, no nonsense. Expect high-level, private discussions in an exclusive venue right on the beach with great food and security.

  2. We’ll review your application.
  3. If selected, we’ll email you an access code so you can purchase a ticket.

Conference Format

Bitcoin First 2024 is an unconference where every attendee has the opportunity to propose and lead discussions. The agenda is set collaboratively by the participants, ensuring that the topics are both relevant and engaging. Rather than sitting passively in an audience watching presentations, you’ll be actively involved in private discussions with fellow attendees, fostering deeper connections and more meaningful exchanges of ideas.

The event follows the Chatham House Rule. Participants are free to use the information shared at the event while keeping the identity and affiliation of speakers and participants confidential. This encourages open dialogue in a confidential environment.

Bitcoin First 2024 is a non-profit event. Any proceeds beyond the event production costs will be donated to Bitcoin Development fellowships through brink.dev.
